1990 Accademia del Gusto nasce il 14 dicembre 2015 da un'idea che unisce le bellezze del viaggiare in Italia e nel mondo e la passione per l'hospitality. Il locale si trova nel cuore di San Lorenzo, ma lontano il giusto dalla movida del quartiere. L'importanza delle materia prime è alla base del nostro menù che si ispira alle passioni e alle esperienze dei suoi creatori: lo chef Michele Pollastrini e il proprietario Matteo Catini. La stessa attenzione è dedicata alla carta dei vini con una selezione di oltre 130 referenze. L'ambiente elegante, ma allo stesso tempo informale - che si snoda tra parquet, tappezzeria alle pareti, divanetti, tavoli e il bar counter - è stato realizzato con l'intento di proiettare il cliente in un salotto di inizio 900 dall'atmosfera calda e rilassante dove potersi sentire a casa; un luogo di aggregazione dove poter trasmettere e assaporare la passione per il mangiare e il bere bene.

1990 Accademia del Gusto was born on 14 December 2015 from an idea that combines the beauties of traveling in Italy and around the world and the passion for hospitality. The restaurant is located in the heart of San Lorenzo , but far from the nighlife of the neighborhood. The importance of raw materials is basis of our menu which is inspired by the passion and the experience of its creators: chef Michele Pollastrini and owner Matteo Catini. The same attention is paid to the wine list with a selection of over 130 references. The elegant, but at the same time informal environment - an harmonic loosening of parquet, wallpaper on the walls, sofas, tables and the bar counter - was created with the intention of projecting the customer into a lounge from the early 1900s with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, where you can feel at home; a meeting place where you can transmit and savor the passion for eating and drinking well.
